Synopsis & Plot Summary

For decades, Wile E. Coyote has tried and failed to catch the elusive Road Runner, enduring constant slapstick injuries due to defective products manufactured by the global conglomerate Acme Corporation. Tired of being humiliated and physically battered by faulty catapults, defective jet shoes, and malfunctioning explosives, Wile E. decides to take legal action.

He recruits Kevin Avery (played by Will Forte), a down-on-his-luck personal injury attorney in Albuquerque who usually prefers quick, out-of-court settlements because he fears trial failures. Recognizing Wile E.'s relentless determination, Kevin agrees to take on the case, suing Acme for physical and psychological damages caused by their merchandise.

Representing Acme Corporation is Buddy Crane (played by John Cena), a ruthless corporate lawyer and Kevin's former college rival. Acme attempts to sweep the suit under the rug with a quick cash offer, but Wile E. rejects it, forcing a high-stakes trial.

As the legal battle escalates to Washington D.C., Kevin and Wile E. uncover a corporate conspiracy: Acme CEO Foghorn Leghorn has been using Looney Tunes characters as secret test subjects under "Project Sisyphus"—knowingly shipping unsafe, defective products to the wild to save money while perfecting safe lines for human consumers. With the help of whistleblower Bugs Bunny and other iconic Looney Tunes characters, Kevin and Wile E. expose Acme’s corruption in court.

Though the legal victory sparks federal investigations and frees cartoon characters from corporate exploitation, Wile E. ultimately bids farewell to his legal team, happily reuniting with the Road Runner to resume their legendary chase.
